Still better than recent dragon ball games where they only put in the main cast and a few major antagonists. Like why tf we got Hercule and Videl , but none of the Ginyuu force besides Ginyuu? Let's just all remember that there'll be way less characters than in BT3. BT3 reused assets form BT2 which used assets from BT1, so BT3 was practically 3 full games. BT4 is gonna be all new. So they won't have that many character models and animations done.
